This is from Monday's FTR $300 added $5 buyin NLHE tourny on UB. Its mid to later stages. I am just under 20xBB and have been flirting with top 3-5 spots. Major_Buzz is a little over 5xBB so he is probably correct to just pick a spot and shove. He is UTG and shoves. I look down at QQ so I am feeling pretty good about getting in ahead especially with the number of times he shoves even with a good stack - lol - and sure enough I am - QsQd vs Jd9d so I made the correct call! But murphy gives him the flush on the turn - ouch - I feel am being punished for the correct call and knocked back down into the pack! Dang it! Kudos to the Major since he goes on to win the dang thing and a nice payout. I still manged to cash, 8th place I think, but dang this one hurt since the payouts were larger then usual in this one and this hand seemed to break my momemtum...
