Just a few very basic thoughts......you play long enough your going to hit some bad stretches of road. The real secret to playing this game and its rarely discussed is knowing where you belong.
If anyone reads these and needs clarification this means finding the level where you are going to be most successfull. Limit, Pot Limit, No Limit, and Tounraments are all different animals. What is the proper monetary limit and at what site do you belong? Which game do you truly play better than the competition? This does not mean what do you enjoy playing the most.
It is typical to assume that as you move up in stakes you are going to play against superior opposition and that you need to build the proper bankroll at lower levels in order to graduate. If you play at certain levels at certain sites you are playing bingo not poker.
It is always the case where when your running bad the advice is to play thru it. This is truly crap. Its like running a race and spraining your ankle. You can drop out and mend or tuff it out and end up messing up your knee and hip along with the ankle. If you make your starts more scarce you will appreciate them more.
Last but not least if you are multitabling cut down the number of tables until you start winning.
