I am sorry I did not get around to reading our forum until now - I had emailed them about the PAMIX problem last night and they said they care and would look into it. I did send some cut/paste samples of the stuff that was going on in our chat box.
I certainly think you were as kind and polite as possible under the circumstances and I fully intend to let them know that penalizing you is ridiculous! That kind of response on their part will keep people from notifying them of the abusive players!
I will send them an email now to let them know none of this is your fault or doing, and that you were severely provoked to say whatever you did that caused them to suspend you - and when someone tries to email and discuss an unfair suspension - to further extend that suspension for trying to discuss it is to discourage any communication! I will have to say all this nicely, of course, because I once send a snide angry email to AP and then they ignored any email I sent for about 4 months. But they take my emails now - I just have to be reaaaaallly nice!!
