Normally I forward cases like this to Absolute for a deeper check or possible retag. I've even given players $10 at another site since for whatever reason Absolute would not pay this $10 because of a tracking issue.

Since you were rude in your email, just consider this matter closed. Please delete your member account at www.nodepositbonus.com . We have way too many reasonable and kind members to bother with people who get rude and worked up over a "measly $10".

I emailed you back, but I'll respond here as well.

You were not duped. We have awarded hundreds of dollars in free $10 bonuses at Absolute, in less than a month that this promotion has ran.

In case you missed the explanation in my first reply, you did not track. Your name does not appear on our player list. The most common reason a nickname does not appear is because the Absolute software has detected multiple accounts and kicked it out for promotional consideration.

In every case, if a player emails me and says he thinks there is a mistake, this is his first account, etc., I contact our affiliate managers to see what went wrong and do my best to make it right. At Absolute, many players have received their $10 after I contacted AP, even if this meant their manually having to retag the player to our promotion.

This extra step is something I do for people because I like to help, not because it is required. In truth, it would be a lot simpler for me to just ignore the follow up "why didn't I track" emails.

By no means am I interested in helping a player whose email reply is abusive and threatening ( getting a measly $10 is such a hassle from you people. This is unbelievable. i never should have signed up and i will post this experience on every poker board i can find if this is not resolved ).

We only get paid if a player gets the no deposit bonus, likes the room and decides to make a deposit later.

Good to know he's not stressed about the $10 anymore. I think we might be out the free advertising though, since it doesn't appear he's going to go around trashing us on other forums.

I'd guess he's just a loser who is trying to scam the poker sites out of multiple free money promotions, got caught, got pissed and now he's on to the next scam.
