Default Horse Tourney at AP Help

Playing in last weeks Horse tourney I was unsure which game we were currently playing. If you are playing a few different games its not easy to know for sure.

We were near a stage where a cwitch was imminent. So before moving forward I checked the lobby to make certain I knew what I was doing.

The lobby showed stud hi low and I proceeded under that notion. My hand turned into a near nutz with a high so I try and get as many chips in to the center as I can only to find at the end we are playing high only. After my chips get shipped off poof the game switches to high low.

I was going to just forget about it but since I was here I figured I would see if there is anything tha AP would do about this.

For definite starters they need to change their software so the table shows the poker game that is being played and make certain that the lobby and board are in synch.

They also should toss me a $50 for my loss of income in the game and another $50 for helping them improve their site.

Default Horse

Hey bro, thats not gonna happen 1st off. AP is the cheapest site EVER. They won't hardly give your money back that they owe you without a page of information much less for compensation on you not knowing the game you were playing. Also, you mentioned you looked in the lobby and after the hand you realized it wasnt the game stated in the lobby. Well, I play HORSE a lot on AP and I use the lobby as well and it is ALWAYS right. 1 thing you must make sure of 1st though is your chip count in the lobby. Make sure your chipcount(or someone else that just won a hand for that matter) is correct so you know its updated and then the game will be what it says as well. Also, exactly when the game switches, it will show the new game in red in the chat box, so always pay attention to the chat box. Hope this all helps you.
