Default AP Poker Room Manager and our Director of Customer Support

I am hoping to have a conversation with these people near term.

Does anyone have experience with how they work or if they work?

Depends on your issue. I deal directly with my affiliate director and tourney director.

Misleading marketing, confusing and wrong answers from customer support, failure to respond promptly, technical support failures to deal with issues, programming issues with horse game, cashier lies and lack of follow through, and now i would add failure to make promised call backs to deal with the issues


I have noticed that customer support is improved over what it has been thus I had some hopes that they would actually follow through as promised
