In order to be Fair I am going to ask you some questions

I had actually felt that Absolute Poker was making some improvements in their customer service dept. My opinion has changed. But I realize that I may not be fair. So I am going to ask you for some help. Due to the nature of the issues this will take a couple of post.

Here is post 1. Absolute Poker ran a program for silver members to convert points to $10 last month. How many emails should the player need to make to get a clear answer as to how many points one is converting and is this a good program for the player to act on?

when ever i have any kind if problem with ap, i just phone. 1-866-788-3005. i tell them that i need an answer to my question before i feel like depositing. on a different note, when i withdraw, ap sends a cheque in 3 bussiness days, thats pretty quick!

Damn not a single numeric guess so I will add another question how many emails should it take?
