Best ever detector & destroyer, a free program called malwarebytes. The only free software that gets rid of the fake subscription scam malware "windows security' which completely shags up your comp will multiple unblockable pop ups and freezes all programs.

I find it better at finding than fixing issues but still better than many pay programs
