Default Absolute Poker Support
Anyone know who runs Absolute Poker support?

Is Mary customer support supervisor the real head of customer service?
If this is possible, to whom does she report?

Does customer support actually mean that the supervisor is there to support the poor work performed by the other employees in her department?

I have no clue how they stay in business the way they treat their paying customers
