When do you max profit or take it down?

Below is from a 5c/10c ring game today. The table was very loose with lots of callers no matter what the raise was. I called the preflop raiser along with 4 other callers hoping to hit a set and I did. Since the table was so loose I felt pretty good about my hand so I just called the preflop raisers continuation bet hoping some others stayed in and they did. The preflop raiser went allin on the turn and I came over the top to isolate the hand to just him and me. I did that but now I wonder if I should have just called keeping the others in to maximize profit. How would you all do it ? Call to maximize profit or go allin to take it down and protect your hand ?
