AP Bad Beat Jackpot

Do you think that there are house players that win the bad beat jackpot? They wait awhile then have it go off on a player that plays for the house. I know the house gets a cut anyway, but I am so convinced that there are house players trying to win the house more than rake. Especially in the cash games. I am not saying that this is a fact, I just have been playing omaha H/L cash tables for over 3 years on AP and it just seems like there are some players that always win. I also read an article that at UB, which is the same network, there was a player from "Alaska" that has won it twice. This has nothing to do with my initiative of my theory, but it definately adds to it a little. Do you think AP/UB jackpot goes to house players, or do you think they have enough consideration to give their customers a shot at it?
