Well by calling you are inviting everyone else in so you can quarter them if they share the same low. You are not getting any benefit out of raising because it looks like he has 23, possibly the wrap. You dont want to put all your money in and then a 5 comes up and no paired board. It seems like if you re raise pot, the worst possible card comes off. If anything I would call or double it, but I would probably just call. Yes, there is a heart flush draw but I think you should just play it slow on this one, because someone could have 23 with hearts and there is no chasing that out of the pot. These hands will lose you a lot of money and I take it you might have lost a lot?
