1. To take an inordinate amount of time to call an all-in bet or raise as the last player to act and nobody else besides the all-in player remaining in the hand, all while holding the nuts. It is considered very unsportsmanlike.
The underlying idea is that you are deliberately savoring the moment knowing you can not lose. In online poker this is also possible, but for the reasons others have listed less common. It is more common that the other player is playing multiple tourneys, has a slow connection, or in the case of at least one NDB player counting off a pre-set number of seconds before making his play. In all the games I have played at NDB, it is rare to see anything but courteous play from the regulars.
