Sorry for the drama in games tonight

Just wanted to say sorry to Jenn for the drama caused by a certain insane person tonight in the midst of her tournys. And sorry for all the people at my table who had to put up with that craziness. I feel awful that my problem with this certain person had to come to the league games. So sorry everyone!!!

But a big thank you to Jenn for your support and help in this matter and everyone else who tried to help as well.

Ok well this morning I received an email from AP saying that my chat has been temporarily suspended for 48 hours, for saying moron and idiot to this person who has been harassing me. I emailed AP back and VERY politely explained to them the situation and how this person has threatened me and now my chat has been suspended for 1 week. WTF!! lol Sigh, so if any of you try to talk to me and I don't answer, that is why. This is gonna suck.

OK NDB we need to fight to get her chat back. I have already sent them a letter (not only to support but the poker room manager) in her plea and how she was being harrassed. I have been playing with Jessica for years here at my private table and in the jungle. I have never ever seen her be rude to anyone at anytime and seen her take some pretty ugly beats. So I am asking you all to take a minute and email support to help get her chat back! Go Jess Go Jess

Been in type of spot myself and did the same thing letting the poker site know what happen and end up with a bigger chat removal time. What's bad, more than likely Jessica, whoever this clown is, was hoping you would make the comments, so they could turn it into AP, as it seems they did just that. Personally, I would never do that to my worst online enemy. Also I am no angel by far, if I suddenly get mad at the table, but never let it continue for long.
But I done sent my email, to support you and your fight. Thank the Man upstairs, that I wasn't at that table, I am sure my chat would have been gone for more than a few days. As some know me, I can get into a defending mode, when it comes to friends and females, at all costs.

I also sent two formal complaints to AP regarding the whole situation Jess (one against AP for revolking your chat and one against player PAMIX) and forwarded copies of the chat log. As well, I went into quite a bit of detail regarding the mental health state of this person since she was chosing to attempt to drag me into the whole ugly mess she was creating! AP has replied to me this morning and assured me the PAMIX files I sent are being reviewd and action is being taken. Your chat will be back before you know it and rest assured I am going to continue to pursue this with AP. I feel a more detailed explanation of their actions is required to me since I have already suggested to them, after her threats to you, I fear for my own safety on their site! You have MANY friends, all who love you on this site Jess, including me... and I can see from all the comments here that AP is receiving alot of mail on this matter... surely they can't ignore it? !! ? Hang in there my friend!

This sort of thing has to be stamped out. I was playing a sng the other night and when the table opened the 1st thing 1 player said was 'phuck all of you', they continued this language even after they had been knocked out. Personally, I don't care if they were drunk, have mental problems or suffer from terrets, it does not belong at the poker or any other table. I emailed support and they told me a screenie is no good and I don't know how to recover my HH from my hard drive so the git is prolly gonna get away with it? unless someone knows how to access the HH from your drive. ( when you log out from AP/UB, you cannot request the files from them )

I am sorry I did not get around to reading our forum until now - I had emailed them about the PAMIX problem last night and they said they care and would look into it. I did send some cut/paste samples of the stuff that was going on in our chat box.

I certainly think you were as kind and polite as possible under the circumstances and I fully intend to let them know that penalizing you is ridiculous! That kind of response on their part will keep people from notifying them of the abusive players!

I will send them an email now to let them know none of this is your fault or doing, and that you were severely provoked to say whatever you did that caused them to suspend you - and when someone tries to email and discuss an unfair suspension - to further extend that suspension for trying to discuss it is to discourage any communication! I will have to say all this nicely, of course, because I once send a snide angry email to AP and then they ignored any email I sent for about 4 months. But they take my emails now - I just have to be reaaaaallly nice!!
