Umm Lucy I don't think anyone is trying to make anyone feel bad. I see the same 20-30 players EVERYNIGHT at NDB games on AP/UB. I also KNOW that half these players that play make a living playing online poker! I also know probably more that half have a Doyles account and have maybe 5 players a game. We can get 40 players a night on Cerus? I'm not mad at anyone more like disappointed. We worked very hard with Doyles on getting this promotion and this is money coming out of our own pockets. So Doug you rock and I'm sticking with you on this

I have narrowed my sites down to 4 (3 if you count UB and AP as 1) - I love this forum and the people in it and will do all I can to support it - but I was unable to handle adding another poker site and another deposit investment - not to mention there is so much going on in my world I could not handle another series of tourneys. I am trying to simplify my life, and I am still a good person - even if I cannot participate in everything. We all do what we can. An allow list is a good idea, and I hope I can have what it takes to qualify. This group and our games is definitely a bright spot in my life right now. Thanks Jenn, for all you do and all everyone does for this wonderful forum.

Ummmmmmmmmmmm Jenn... I hate Doyles Room, I hate Cake Poker.. I would not even have them on my computer if it had not been in an effort to participate, support and play in Doyles Tourn as offered by Keith....

But? "downloading" them and depositing the $50 minimum was my choice... I was simply saying... maybe?? "just maybe"...the pro online players <<and i venture to guess most of us are NOT in that category>> just did not want to expand to those sites... I think the one time we had an AP/UB tourn..we DID have a good turnout.. being that most of the events are on DoylesRoom? maybe players just cannot add another site...nor do they want to invest $50 min.... That was all i was saying.. I did not mean to make people feel guilty, nor did I wish to imply that they should...

Bottom line? I think what Keith is offering is GREAT, I think those that can participate in it WILL and for those that can not... I say we leave those players be.. it is not fair to suggest they should download another poker site and feel compelled to deposit funds that they would otherwise prefer to deposit on the sites they chose to play on... such as AP/UB; where they enjoy the forum play that they signed up for.....

I just can't win...lmao.. i am not saying anything against this forum or you... it is being interpretted most wrong.....

well lucy on doyles the min is 30 bucks not 50 for one....if you dont have the money or time to play this stuff just say so dont come off like I'm trying to offend people here or upset anyone in anyway....my statements are fact and if you cant deal with them then dont read them....bottom line i've already laid out in plain english for you the more excuses you give the more it proves me right...so thanks and have a good day

You know what I give on this! OK?????? Just one thing? Was not talking about the pro's making a living it's the players we play with and I don't think it is my place to say who they are. The reason the games went so well at AP/UB because we had money added. Again not going to argue or reply to this AGAIN! KUDOS! OH AND FYI! This was mine and Keith's idea!

I have and still do agree with the theory of people willing to play where there is `free money`, but i have spoken against those being `reminded of it`in an effort to have them participate, yet not willing to go beyond that.... u can read my previous comments where i have agreed with mug and jenn

I simply responded to the comment that many people play online that do this for a living``it was NOT my original comment, or belief; simply one i replied to....

To mock people, or attempt to belittle them ''ie: (yawns)`... is simply childish or an attempt to degrade...

For those that did not understand what I said ''Jenn and Mug`...... I was simply saying, not all want 4 or 5 or 6 poker sites downloaded on their computer...and yes, be it $30or $50 `min`deposit.. Some want their budgeted $30 or $50 deposit to go onto the sites that THEY choose to play on.. and YES, it is nice, they are part of a group that they can play with added $ in MTT`s..etc.. I am certain if they could, they would open another room and do the $30 deposit... if they can`t; well..then... so be it.. they should not be made to `feel bad`because they chose not to.... they probably have a `child`s PTA meeting to go to`....or `a family event`...or as Bobi said, a budget to live within and enuf extra tourn. play they have invested in...

It is just a fact of life.. I appreciate this Doyle event, and I have participated in them all. I just choose NOT to chastise others and the decisions they have based their `poker play or spend`on....

So.. sorry if i upset u Jenn..or u Mug... it is just life... and we ALL make our OWN decisions based on what is good for each of us.

sorry i miseed the promotion of you to head of the forum "ACLU", you are engaging in a pointless arguement...again all this thread was about was supporting the forum and the people that actually get all these things for us...

again this was not a thread meant to point fingers at any one person its an attempt to get everyone involved when the powers that be here are trying to help us with free money, and events like this that they dont have to do....

so continue to argue your point and maybe all of it will just stop...i'm pretty sure if i was putting MY money on the line for a bunch of people who obviously dont care i'd stop
