Time To End The League Game Prizes?

I want to thank everyone for all their support in the league games. Since I don't have the time to make sure everyone is satisfied with their tickets since I work outside of this forum I am heading towards ending the league game prizes. My apologies to Lunar for him not being around when I personally went to the tables the other night and told everyone about their tickets. Added money and the deal or no deal will still be available for the games. Good luck to everyone in all your games.

Jenn, I'm sorry you have to put up with ungrateful members who get free tickets to tournaments where they can cash in on some really big bucks. It's a shame that the rest of us have to miss out. I understand your side of it, you do so much to make the games fun & offer super bonuses. And all done after you put in a full day's work outside of the home. I appreciate all the hard work you do.

As to your apology to Lunar, I don't believe it was necessary. I'm actually a little angry you said you were sorry. The apology should have come from Lunar to you for giving you such a hard time in chat. You can't please everybody all of the time, but there are some people you can never satisfy, it's all about them & fuck the rest of us.

I apologize if I came off hard I was just blindsided,and frustrated. I think any confusion can be avoided in the future if after the prizes are announced if the winner just sends a pm right away with any idea's for what game to play with the ticket.

Sad to read this. I don't blame Jen for this because the emails were down and she personally tried her best to inform everyone about what games they were entered into. Moreover, these prizes are like an extra bonus and we can win them every month by being in the TOP 5
So I feel this should be shrugged off and league prizes be continued

Jenn, Lunar, I do not know the details here but I will relate to you I have had issues with tickets on multiple forums so it is not the forums and their admins like Jenn's fault. It is the poker rooms - they are just not very organized in this area which just means it is not high on their priority lists. THere is nothing the forum admins can do except take grief when the poker rooms screw them up which seems to be a pretty high percentage of the time. I think the tickets are fantastic even if you do need to expect some of them to not work out which is what I have come to expect. Maybe you could continue the ticket promotions but just have a disclaimer document that everyone participating has to read and agree to participate which basically just ackowledges the high probability the poker room will screw up the dates and times on some of them and they will make no or little effort to rectify it regardless of how much begging and pleading a fourum admin does. If everyone accepts that and will just be satisfied with the cash won in those cases then there should be no hard feelings toward forum admins and just move on and try to win the next one. The slydawg forum already has such a disclaimer posted since it has happened so many times there which includes me.
