Maniac Lady is in seat 6 and Maniac Guy is in seat 10 (on the Big Blind).

Maniac Lady raises to 10$ (we're playing 1/2$ NL Holdem) with no limpers or anything in front.
Maniac Guy (who is on tilt and has lost 400$ or so) calls 8$.

the Maniac Guy only has 25$ or so left after calling the raise. The Maniac Lady has about 50$ (both of them were Short Stacks).

Anyways, the flop comes A hearts , K hearts, 7 spades.

The maniac lady bets 25$ puts the guy all in after he checked to her on the flop.
The guy thinks about it for a while then calls.
Turn: 10 hearts
River: J hearts

So, all you need is 1 card for a royal flush (Q hearts).

Here's the funny part:
Maniac Lady : "Any heart is good I have kings" (and she shows K6 of clubs)
Maniac Guy: *Mucks Hand*

SO WHAT THE HECK WAS HE CALLING WITH?!?!

* Any Q, 2 Pair, Ace, Heart beats her hand so what could he have had lol.
Everyone at the table was confused and it was really funny.
