i had to quit. it was killing me. i have lost family members to emphyzema and heart disease directly related to smoking.
i tried every thing patches, gums, hypnotisim, i even payed this cuban fella 20 bux, he did somethings in his closet i didnt wanna see or know about. nothing worked
well 6 months ago i found these electronic cigarettes on the web. it is a device that vaporize's a liquid nicotine and you inhale it like a cigarette. so it has none of the bad stuff.
