Unfortunately, some players might have been offended by my reaction to HP technical support.

The good thing is that I was not playing early this afternoon as I was still trying to get HP software to work and support staff to deliver on their commitments.

The lady who is the case manager is very nice and congenial; unfortunately she lacks all the skills needed to resolve problems and this can exacerbate problems.
