Duplicate is a very interesting concept. Really focuses on skill. I really don't know if it will ever go big time. Regular ol' poker is hard to beat. They were a great idea for USA players, if the USA govt every successfully blocked all of the regular poker rooms.

As long as there are still USA accepting sites though, I think Duplicate will stay small. Once online gaming is legalized here in the USA, I'm not sure what Duplicate's selling point will be. Wouldn't surprise me to see them just convert into a regular poker site. Otherwise they'll just kind of be a novelty...

Yes I've been playing there for about 9 months now. They are different as your playing against others from the other tables that have same hand as you and who does the best moves on to the next round. Now I have cashed out from there three times and never made a deposit just from what they gave me to join up with. Have no problems with their checks drawn on the Bank of Israel, New York branch.

I appreciate the feedback. But ive decided against it. Problem is i suffer from extreme paranoia (amongst alot of other things), and being an exgrifter myself im always thinkin somebodys gettin over on me somehow or another.

Im ok playin regular poker online. I doubt anyones goin through the trouble to cheat me outta my freerolls, but i see a huge flaw with their concept. So youre playin on one table, and the same exact hand is dealt out to other tables. If i were still a cheater id have friends playin and be messaging them. Typical collusion trick, except with this site i see it as a huge problem cause chances are theyre gonna be sittin at other tables in a different seat then you. So their hand is gonna be the same as the hand youre playing against most of the time. Of course it wont help every hand, but if even a quarter of the hands im in i KNOW what im playin against id say chances are pretty f'n good i could maximize my profits and minimize my losses.

Maybe im the only one who thinks like this. Maybe this doesnt go on at all there. But the first time im caught bluffin by somebody with bottom pair im not gonna be able to stop myself from being convinced ive been cheated. It really sucks cause im convinced i could do very well when being judged just on skill, but i cant imagine sittin in a tourney being paranoid that people at my table know exactly what im holding every hand. Im not on enough medication to be able to handle that.

It is alittle strange playing that way, like you can be chip leader on your table but still not advance to next round because other table they might bet more than people at your table. But it shows you what place your in in most tounrys, some they do not. Now I don't play there all the time just once in awhile if nothing else is going on. But I do like that they let me cash out without ever making a deposit.
