wow thats just sad I can guarentee that response is BS for ya bobi lol considering I know ppl personally who have and continue to use bots on cereus (not gonna name names and cant blame them considering the very small risk) so I really dont see how they can guarentee this and really think saying this is an insult to all the players intelligence.

As far as prop players goes the way they stress all equality but yet they are being paid hourly by the site to play seems fishy to me Maybe if they were pros and got paid for drawing people to games but admitting to paying players hourly for the idea that they create action is interesting.

Im taking your response you got and gonna slam them with it.

ok I wrote about the problem your site has with bots in micro limits about a month ago and got this response

Unfortunately, this is a never ending battle where the companies building the bots constantly update their software in an attempt to remain undetected. Soo your security team admits it's a problem yet somehow your customer support can guarentee there are no bots on the site? Last time I checked there was no wiggle room with a guarentee and saying something like this insults the intelligence of all your players considering the issue isn't whether there are bots playing its more what actions are you taking against them? Also can you get some of these dam proposition players to play razz. You admit to having them and yet there is never anyone playing razz? what are you paying them for to open up 1 more table of 1/2nl holdem isnt 30 enough action for people?

well i sent the last email to them twice and got no response either time seems like I really pinned them down with the conflicting responses Im gonna mark this one up for a win for me actually no Im going to just mark it up as pathetic on cereus's part guess thats what you get when your support is being run out of 3rd world internet cafe's, but knowing ap they will prolly just shut my account down and have the last laugh at my expense. Best part is the names they use when they respond to your emails. John, James, taylor recent examples all non foreign names Im willing to put a grand down that these are fake just to comfort players, but really would much rather have someone named like Aaliyah and know im not being lied to for like the millionth time it's really not a big deal i know that but its just the principle of honesty
