Thanks Ledzep - a see-saw battle that could have gone either way. I always enjoy our HU matches.

If your computer froze not the ISP - then try Advance System Care from IObits - this is a free program (not the full version, but will clean up most programs that cleans up most computers.

Here is my current recommended mix of free products:

Security suite : Microsoft security essentials. If you are running On XP especially you want to blow away memory hogs like AVG, Avast and some of the more popular commercial ones.

Superantispyware - great program for getting rid of spyware, adware, trojans.

Malwarebytes - good for getting rid of malware

Advanced system care - will fix some registry problems plus a host of others

Set up - install microsoft security essentials - believe it or not - a decent basic suite of programs.

Load each of the other in the order I provided and run.

Then go to the run (XP) search (Vista box and type in msconfig. When msconfig appears in the result box click on it - this will open the system configuration box.

Click on start off and unclick the checked boxes for the the last three programs you loaded - this will save memory and avoid conflicts.

Click off any other programs you do not use - for example Dell registration - once you have registered why have it running.

Using these steps I recently took a Core Dual computer and reduced the loading time for the add/remove software application from 22 minutes to 15 seconds.

If you understand the registry then you can use the regedit command to clean it up - if you don't best to avoid.

Note: the above noted programs will blow away all the cookies on your system so expect a delay when you reload poker sites as they reinstall their cookies.

JSAW kept folding to your BB until I finally told him to stop - it was at least 45 minutes after you got disconnected.
