Default Shorthanded limit holdem

When there is around 5-6 or less people sitting at the table, it is generally considered shorthanded. The two key components to limit holdem are isolation and aggression. Your goal is to isolate one opponent and play him for the pot. Uncontested pots and hands played heads up are both to your advantage, you would want to accomplish this by raising with any hand you are planning to play.
When you are in the blinds, you are getting great pot odds even if you are dominated.

Suited connectors are very tricky especially if they are small connectors. If you do not improve your hand, you have almost no chance of winning in a showdown. Online poker nowadays, players have no physical tells so they will call down to the river, making missed hands harder to bluff with. Hands like pairs and big cards are more valuable than these suited connectors in limit holdem. You can play suited connectors during shorthanded play, but dont get hung up on them all of the time. You have to play more hands during shorthand regardless.
