In 76$ turbo 6man typically swings can last up around 15 games without much placing. When this occurs it really stings.

In 20$ R+A the swings typically are around the same. You feel them much harder though if you combine the two and add the fact that no recent wins or final tables.

Be prepared to lose at least 10-20 buyins at whatever the stakes you play. Things can get worse. Just when they do find a way to deal with the stress. Typically for me this means sitting back and reading a good poker book. I recently just read Gus Hansen's book 'Every Hand revealed'. Great book and its hand by hand analyzes of his Aussie Millions.
