These are pretty good tournaments. Sure, you're only getting a couple of nickels or dimes in expected value out of them, but they release the password only a couple minutes before the event, so at least you know all of the players aren't sit outs. They also keep the field sizes relatively low and make them turbos, so they won't take forever. It's not an ideal way to play, and won't teach you all that much about how succeed in real money play, but there are far worse ways to build up a bankroll from scratch. I recommend the FTP Twitter and Facebook freerolls for any players who have $100 or less in their account.

I also have to mention they offer a variety of games other than NLHE. So, it's a great way to earn a little money and get some experience in a game like Stud or Omaha in a no-risk environment.
