There is a general rule that if your stack is 10x the player going allin you call. However, with the blinds as low as they were and a hand as weak as 75 (it is only even money against 22,33,44, and only a favourite against low card trash)s. this is probably a time to avoid doubling up an opponent.

Thanks for the input jsawe I know the generall rule and I know what the math is for the 7/5 (what hands it even money with what hands it is favorite over) I also know that i didnt have enough chips to protect the hand. The whole idea behind the post though was more of another 70/30 hand losing than him making the call.
