Default Is this Rational?

Team Absolute ~ Customer Support
"To Continue to be the Best and Most Trusted" Support@AbsolutePoker.Com

As you know this statement accompanies correspondence from AP customer service.

It is interesting to me that they make a statement like this and fail to employ the type of customer service personnel needed to resolve simple issues on the weekends.

Based on these facts I would assume that the weekend is slow relative to the weekdays for AP and UB that there is no need to employ empowered personnel needed for basic tasks.

i would think theres alot more traffic on weekends would only make sense considering id say 95% are not playing professionally and have other sources of income prolly where they work usually weekdays

AP/UB staff all suck.

All of them.

I have yet to deal with a real professional there.

Luckily I don't have to deal with the support group! I will say my affiliate manager is awesome and for the most the tourney dept is too.

Harvard is doing a case study on the magnificent management skills exhibited by AP and UB staffs. Imagine the savings that will flow thru to the bottom lines when companies like Best Buy sends all their managers home on the weekends just like AP UB. Why let these guys get in the way of the heavy traffic.

This is a truly revolutionary approach; operating in a service industry without any service personnel when the personnel might be most needed. How long will it be before they decide to get rid of the support staff on the slower weekdays when they don't have enough to do to keep busy. Damn it I forgot they already tried that a while back.

N2K had to work his ass off to accomplish something that should have been near automatic if someone at AP UB had working brain cells and was empowered to act.

A brain is a terrible thing to waste.

Prior to the initial purge By AP of support staff they did have a few decent support personnel.
