Cool Cat Disaster!!!
Hey everyone...I'm brand new to this forum (as in, TODAY!). I'm a US player that up until Microgaming shut us out, had ONLY deposited in Microgaming casinos (I mean, in 11 yrs, had never spend one penny anywhere else!). I had dabbled with other platforms freebies, but never enticed away from MG. SOOOOO...of course now I'm on the hunt for a new online gaming platform to call home. Back in the day, RGT casinos had a HORRIBLE reputation; I had downloaded and played ALL their freebies, but all the forums said they were slow/no pays, and they had unattainable playthrough requirements. I got an email saying I would get a $100 ndb free chip to try Cool Cat. I said what the heck? Might as well. Maybe if I liked it, I know they have a bunch of casinos, and I could get comfy with them. I was THRILLED when I got my bonus up to about $800 and change, so I figured since I blew right past their T&C (figuring I wouldn't win anyways!), I'd check in with Live Chat to see what the playthrough was. Imagine my horror when I was told that since I have "multiple accounts", any winnings I had in this account would only be "Fun" money!!!!!! What is so fun about this???? NOTHING! I was so furious, I emailed management to ask them to remove me from any future mailings and to close any and all RTG accounts I had with any of their casinos. Needless to say, I haven't even received the courtesy of a reply. So, wouldn't you think, now that all of us U.S. players need a new place to play, that these guys would want to work with us, and earn our business, and play the sneaky card???? I mean, I spend thousands/month in online casinos, and I would guess it's a jungle for them right now, trying to get us into their casinos and collecting our $$$$...why pull this over a lousy $800?????? Anyways, sorry for venting, and also if this is not the appropriate place to do so, but I'm just so darn angry!!!!!! Thanks for letting me spill it here!
