Wow ...that's some action ....Their lawyers sound good ...although it's a bit repetative in parts......Since Aldernay shut them down too it means they have also stolen all the European players money (me included)....I hope they get killed in court, although I don't expect to see any of my money.

Supposedly there is a buyer plus the action would not be taken if they thought there was no money. This might explain the lack of litigation vs Cereus? This might change if someone finds Tom.

My guess is that the advertised Euro purchase will be an asset only purchase or mysteriously disappear with Scott Tom.

In reality, if your theory is valid, its time to force a bankruptcy, shut down operations, minimize payroll, and bring in the forensic accountants. The DOJ allowed all non US players to run on the bank. If we get pennies on the dollar so be it but lets make it a legit accounting.

I would think any legit new money is going to want to the old liabilities from the new liabilities.

I wonder how many members and freinds of the regime were able to purchase Party Poker stock before 4-15.

This is reality,no theory.. it's all fact...there can't be a bankrupty filed
untill they know what all to claim...they are shut down..no operations,no payroll and the forensic accountants are already at work..The DOJ will not allow US players run on a bank if they don't know what that bank amount is.

My thinking is there's enough shadows casted as is and there will be more to come as paranoia will push one to the limits..

The forensic are already at work, sorting it all out Internal Audits, that include bank accounts,deposit accounts,players accounts,credit cards accounts,processor accounts..and the list goes on and on...

Not to mention the forensic of finding out who is the masted mind behind the crimes and who is going to be held responsible..

We read about it every day cases that are 5/10 years old just making there way into the next higher court..geezzzz

The truth is that this is a very sad situation and a lot of innocent victims have been injured.

You might know a lot more about this than me. I have heard nothing of a clean accounting going on by outside auditors.

If these cases do go this route I fear that the accountants and lawyers will clean the bones leaving nothing but a raged broken carcass for the debtors to divvy up.

In the interim all of the sick poker players can always find a good clean state sanctioned game.....the Lottery.

One other thing a bankruptcy can be forced by the debtors or taken by the management, a broad accounting estimate is claimed shortly after the petition is taken.

Granted this is the way it used to work......now if the UAW is involved there can be a completely different set of rules as proclaimed by BHO and Holder.
