Currently each share is worth 4.7% I suggest for whoever plays that each share be worth 4.2% giving .5% of each share to the person who is doing all the hard work by playing as a comp fee. This probably should have been stated in the original post this gives whoever plays as extra 10.5% think of it this way wouldn't u want the player to be as motivated as possible.

I'm actually able to revise this just looking for 3% from each resulting in each share being worth 4.4% and leaving 6.3% as a comp fee for the person who is playing this is very reasonable considering there are 20/80 backing deals with no makeup where the investor is putting up 100% of the buy in.
