Calculatem Pro has been around for quite some time now, but we wanted to take an in-depth look at the software and how useful it is for the typical online poker player. We will look at the functionality of the product and finally how it can help improve your game.
Calculatem Pro attaches to your game by dragging an attachment box over the table and clicking. From there we get a new window that has a large gauge that resembles a temperature gauge. The gauge tells us which action we should take at a given time – Raise, Check, Folder, or Bet. Beginner players will like the gauge feature the most because it gives you a visual idea of how your had is doing from pre-flop to the river.
On the right side we have a few more features, Pot vs. call, Odds you’ll draw to win, Pot odds, and Total outs. The Pot vs. Call box gives us the total pot divided by the call amount to see if it is worth calling with mid pair, or chasing a straight of flush. The Odds you’ll draw to win measures your opponents best hand at a given time versus your ability to beat that hand by the river. Most players are familiar with “Outs” or “Total Outs,” but for those who aren’t it counts the total cards that could be left in the deck to reach the winning hand.
At the bottom of the Calculatem Pro tool you will notice a variety of different views. The first view being a table view, the second view shows you which cards could still be int he deck, and lastly the third and fourth views show you the odds that you will make a hand on the next card or river.
Overall, Calculatem Pro gives you advanced odds instantly while you play. The program is perfect for an intermediate player or beginner just starting out.
